Citizen reception at the State Supervision Service of the Republic of Armenia (SSS) is conducted by the Citizen Reception and Application Division on every working day without time restrictions (excluding lunch breaks).
Citizens may submit applications and complaints addressed to the State Supervision Service via:
Electronically: Via the official email address letters@supervision.am (the application must be signed by the applicant).
In person: By placing them in the special box located at the entrance of the Service or by handing them to the Division employees during reception.
By post: To the Service address (47 Mashtots Ave., Yerevan).

The application must be written in Armenian and signed, specifying the applicant's last name, first name, middle name, as well as their residential, employment, or educational institution address. In the absence of the aforementioned information, the application will not be processed.
